As Head of Client Services at Udine Wealth Management, Carli Udine oversees all client relations, communications, and service operations across the firm. She serves as the central point of contact for clients and their families, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and highly personalized experience at every stage of the relationship.
Carli is responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, coordinating account servicing, onboarding new relationships, and maintaining the operational excellence that defines UWM. She believes exceptional client service is built on clarity, consistency, and genuine connection. Her focus is to ensure that every client feels informed, supported, and confident in their partnership with the firm.
Before joining Udine Wealth Management, Carli graduated from the University of Florida in 2022 and began her career in New York City at a leading securities litigation firm, where she served as assistant to the Managing Partner. She later spent three and a half years at Ralph Lauren on the wholesale team, gaining firsthand experience in relationship management, strategic coordination, and high-level client service within a global brand environment. These roles sharpened her organizational discipline, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex communication with professionalism and care.
Carli brings warmth, efficiency, and a proactive mindset to every interaction. She is committed to strengthening client relationships and upholding the high standards of service that define Udine Wealth Management.
Outside of work, Carli enjoys Pilates, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and walking the streets of New York City. She values meaningful connection both professionally and personally — a philosophy that guides her approach to client service each day.
